Living in a space that is clutter free and organized most definitely affects how we think but I challenge you to go one step further and work on decluttering your mind. Here is a great article by Mind Body Green that gives us 7 tips on how to do this.
1) Take a minimalist approach to your calendar – schedule one less thing today.
2) Allow space and time to savor the little things (this one is my favorite!!)
3) Check in with how you’re feeling right at this moment.
4) Find space in your mind.
5) Blow off some steam by getting your body moving.
6) Expand your heart space.
7) Create a sacred space.
