

Decluttering Your Mind
Living in a space that is clutter free and organized most definitely affects how we think but I challenge you to go one step further and work on decluttering your mind. Here is a great article by Mind Body Green that gives us 7 tips on how to do this. 1) Take a minimalist approach to your calendar – schedule one less thing today. 2) Allow space and time to savor the little things ( this one is my favorite!! ) 3) Check in with how you’re feeling right at this moment.
